Before founding his own firm, Attorney Yılmaz served as Head of Civil Litigation at a law office in Antalya, where he oversaw more than 300 case files. He also served as Deputy Advisor at the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM), where he drafted legislative proposals and advised on legal and media affairs.

Attorney Yılmaz holds a law degree from Ankara University and a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from Istanbul Bilgi University, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law and Technology at Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
